This week I'm leaving for another great adventure with my dad. We've taken a trip together every year since I was in high school, and over the past several years, we've gotten more adventurous. This time we're traveling to Florence and Paris. I can't wait to wander around, take a few day trips away from the cities, get away from Norfolk for a while, and fill up another travel journal. I have a few posts schedule throughout the month, and I'll be back later this month with more photos than you probably care to see.

Here are some of my favorite photos from our trip to Paris and Spain last year.

  1. I think this tradition of yours is amazing. I'd love to start something like this with my own dad. Have fun!

  2. Wow, such amazing photos and what a wonderful tradition. My family and I never did much traveling, but hopefully I can start a tradition like this with my children someday.

  3. Such beautiful photos! I love that this is a tradition for you. My family hasn't done much traveling, however, the few trips we've been on together have been with my dad and siblings on road trips to California. Our first trip was disneyland and I wish I could go back!

  4. Beautiful photos! I'll love a trip to Paris it's such a beautiful place. Enjoy your trip :-)

  5. Ohh that is just about the loveliest tradition. It must be really nice to have such a great father-daughter relationship! Safe travels and I hope you two have so much fun!! x

Thank you so much for reading and taking the time to say something back. I love hearing what you have to say...
