Here are a few of my favorite shots from Madrid (you can catch a few Paris shots here and here). We were only in Madrid for three days, and we did a lot of walking and looking. One of my favorite things about the city was the huge public squares lined with alleyways filled with shops, bakeries, and anything else you could imagine. An interesting aspect of these squares are the people dressed in makeshift character costumes walking around, asking people to get pictures with them for money. Both amusing and creepy.
