MY TRAVEL JOURNAL // FLORENCE AND PARIS

I've kept a travel journal on every trip to Europe I've gone on with my dad. I collect bits and pieces, tickets and labels, throughout each day and spend a little time each night before bed and writing about the day we've had. I usually didn't write much for every day, but I'm glad I wrote down the little details I did. Looking back through the journal even two and half months after our trip, there are so many little things I don't think I would have remembered.

You can see all the photos from the trip I've shared so far here.

  4. this is such a sweet idea, i've tried to do this quite a few times and never very successfully. I'd always forget on night and then leave pages blank so i could stick the stuff in, and then eventually i just had loads of blank pages with plans of what to do on them and it all became a bit forced so i gave up! but sounds like you've perfected the knack, nice one! it'll be so nice in years to come to be able to look back at what you've been up to :)

    1. I don't know why that one is not working. If you give me your email, I'll be happy to email you another one that will work. You can email me at wellitsokay@yahoo.com - I'd love to put yours up too!

  5. I love this! I always keep all of my ticket stubs and receipts on vacation for their nostalgia factor. I never do anything with them except keep them together in a folder. But I love this, I will have to take a trip down memory lane and scrapbook my Italy and France trips.
