SALTED CARAMEL PRETZEL BARK

Chocolate-covered pretzels are one of my favorite things ever - and caramel doesn't make me sad. So I saw this recipe from MamaSayWhat?! and there was no hesitation. I had never made caramel on the stovetop before, and it was actually kind of fun once my completely unrealistic fears of severe burns and pain subsided. This recipe couldn't be more simple - and you could add nuts or other flavors of chocolate chips to tailor it to you liking. 
So I make Douglas take a bunch of this batch to work everyday, so I don't lose control completely and overdose. I definitely won't make this again until we have people coming up to visit later this summer - it's too risky.

  3. That looks delicious! I think I may have had some recently, and loved it. (I can't be completely certain though because it was at a church pot-luck, and you can never be completely sure at those things...) But I might have to try this for my family sometime!
