I made these white chocolate cupcakes with vanilla glaze today (recipe here). I've always loved the color combination of light pink and bright hot pink, and for some reason that came to mind when I was thinking of how to decorate these. This was my first try at a glaze instead of frosting, and I added the tiniest bit of red coloring to it. They taste good, not too sweet. The cake is almost like angel food, so it's perfect with the glaze.
